Masks and other works on show

Newton, N.J. —In conjunction with an exhibit of “Bits & Pieces,” a window display of masks and “mudpeople” heads will be featured at the new location of Sussex County Arts & Heritage Council Gallery at 137 Spring Street. Works by Warwick, N.Y., artist Renie Garlick will be on display in her exhibit entitled “The mudpeople come to me like an alphabet.” Opening reception is Saturday, Jan. 19, from 4 to 7 p.m. The exhibit will be on display through Feb. 23.
