Marlborough — The Meet-Me-in-Marborough organization will host an Art Show Benefit Gala on Saturday, Nov. 3, 7 to 9 p.m., at Stoutridge Vineyards, 10 Ann Kaley Lane. This evening of Agri-Culture will benefit the community and the surrounding area while showcasing local agriculture. The organization was very fortunate to have approximately thirty local and regional artists visit Marlborough to paint the beautiful working landscapes in its “Stewards of the Land & Canvas” Plein-air Paint out. An abundance of fine artwork highlighting many of Marborough area farms and wineries will be shown at this event, along with local food, wine, music and a special silent auction. With every purchase of a painting, a portion of the proceeds will go towards helping to sustain farming and local - regional artists. This event offers an opportunity to make a difference in the future of local farms. The public is invited to come and acquire a piece of agriculture — as an heirloom, special gift, or as an investment in Hudson Valley farms.
