'Mandolin Orange' playing Seligmann Center July 9

SUGAR LOAF — North Carolina duo "Mandolin Orange" melds earnest melodies, poignant lyrics, and deft musicianship to create music that reflects their roots and their essence. The duo is playing at the Seligmann Center in Sugar Loaf on Wednesday, July 9, at 7 p.m.
Andrew Marlin and Emily Frantz began playing together in 2009 after meeting at a local jam in Chapel Hill. Since that time, they've released three albums, and this summer they will join the ranks of folk legends performing at the 2014 Newport Folk Festival.
Twain of Brooklyn will open.
The Seligmann Center is located at 23 White Oak Drive in Sugar Loaf. The concert will be held on the green on the pond-side of the property. In case of rain, the concert will be held in Seligmann's Studio. General admission is $15 per person in advance, $18 the day of the show.
