M-W singer in Superstar'

Central Valley - Kayla Wickes, a junior at Monroe-Woodbury High school, will be playing Mary Magdalene in the Young Artists production of “Jesus Christ Superstar” at the Westchester Broadway theatre. Kayla, who was recently chosen for the All-State Conference in Rochester, is a soprano. The play opens to a sold-out show on Saturday, Nov. 12; tickets are still available for the performance on Friday, Nov. 18th. Her family and friends wish her the best of luck.
