Live, in Warwick, on Nov. 18 and 19 ‘The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe'

    Warwick - The Warwick Valley High School Drama Club will present “The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe,” the adaptation of C.S. Lewis’s “The Chronicles of Narnia,” on Friday and Saturday, Nov. 18 and 19. The play has a special curtain of 7 p.m. specifically geared toward younger audience members. The characters that enchant the play include the benevolent Aslan, the wicked White Witch, Mr. Tumnus the faun, the kindly Mr. and Mrs. Beaver as well as Peter, Susan, Edmund and Lucy, the four children who enter the magical wardrobe for their fantastic adventure. Tickets for “The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe” go on sale Tuesday, Nov. 1 at 8 a.m. and can be purchased through Thursday, Nov. 17. Tickets are $6 for general admission and $5 senior citizens and children 10 and under. Tickets may be reserved by calling the box office at 845-987-3050, ext. 4100.
