Library hosts Warwick Art League exhibit during August

WARWICK — This August the Warwick Art League will present Splashes-n-Dashes, a group show, at the Albert Wisner Public Library. The exhibit will be on display in the Library's Community Room and Gallery from Aug. 1 to 31. It will feature the diverse scope of styles, perspectives and mediums of 20 local artists; Gail Bate, Jacinthe Battaglino, Mona Birmingham, Linda Bohleke, Joyce Bruner, Lisa Cullen, Femi Ford, Christine Fullerton, Diane Kominick-Ouzoonian, Sarah Lane, Cathe Linton, Renelle Lorray, Louise McCutcheon, Sarah McHugh, Ann Marie Nitti, Winnie O'Dougherty, Gwenda Ross, Ivan Sanford, Joan Schwartzman, Mary Mugele Sealfron and Lorrie Sniderman. On Saturday, Aug. 4, from 2 to 4 p.m. the public is invited to “A Conversation with the Artists,” an opportunity to meet the artists and learn about their techniques, inspirations and experiences.
