Library hosts tote bag raffle

Monroe - Monroe Free Library will be awarding a free tote bag every two weeks to patrons who sign up for its e-mail newsletter. Residents may sign up at the library’s Web site (www.monroelibrary.org) or do so at the front desk. Library staff said that e-mail addresses will only be used for sending library-related newsletters and information. Every two weeks, the library will select one winner of a hunter green tote bag, and that person will be notified via e-mail. Winners will be drawn from the complete e-mail list, although patrons can only win once.
