Library hosts photojournalism exhibit

WARWICK — The Albert Wisner Public Library is hosting a month-long exhibit during December of the work of photojournalist Robert Demetry.

Entitled “Talking Pictures: Fifty years of photojournalism,” the collection includes images that have graced the pages of newspapers and magazines of local, national and international significance during a career that has spanned half a century.

“Many of his photos have been award-winners,” library officials said in their press release announcing the exhibit. “ All have captured the reader’s eyes and emotions. His pictures talked to them and now they will talk to you.”

The exhibit is located in the gallery on the lower level of the Library.
