Legionnaires attend commander's dinner

This past April, local American Legion Orange Blossom Post 1167 members attended the Annual National Commander’s dinner at Antoine’s in Queens, N.Y., along with Legionnaires from Districts 1-9, covering Manhattan to Orange and Rockland counties. From left to right, 1167 post Compliance Officer Bill Paul, National Commander Jimmie Foster and 1167 Post Commander Ed Johnson, who is also vice commander of Orange County. This week a new American Legion National Commander, Fang Wong of New York City, takes the helm of the organization.
