10th annual Dylan tribute fest starts Saturday at Warwick Valley Winery Warwick - Warwick Valley Winery and Distillery will host its 10th Bob Dylan tribute festival Saturday, May 26, through Monday, May 28. On Saturday, Sunday and Monday, performers will be playing a variety of Dylan songs from noon to 6 p.m. each day on the winery’s outdoor stage. Lucy Kaplansky will perform Saturday, May 26. She will be joined by musicians Amy Correia, Jason Spooner, Peter Spink, Mike Baglione and Peter James, playing many rare Dylan songs and some known standards. On Sunday, Pete and Mora Kennedy return to the festival, bring their high-energy style and chemistry. “Last year’s set was so good that we had to have them back,” said event organizer and co-owner Jeremy Kidde. “We also asked Sloan Wainwright back to give Sunday that festival feel.” Mary Lees Corvette also will perform Sunday, playing a version of Dylan’s classic album, “Blood on the Tracks.” The Kennedys return to the stage on Monday, along with folk rock and Dylan master Rod MacDonald. Also playing will be McMule, John Sheehan and David Frye and New Morning. Wine-tastings, food and beverages will be available at the winery.
