Karate School offering free seminars in November

Central Valley - Woodbury Karate School and owner Sensei John De Blasio are offering free family protection seminars to the community during November. De Blasio said the training done at the Woodbury Karate School takes the approach that children are our most precious gift of all and emphasizes their safety at all costs via easy to learn verbal and movement drills. The training program also teaches how to develop an awareness sense and the ability to protect your family if a situation becomes life-threatening. Classes are ongoing through the month at no charge.
