GOSHEN-Inspire, the official Orange County Cerebral Palsy Association, has planned a fundraising event called Orange County's Cherish the Children Month. The event, a workplace fundraiser, will be celebrated throughout the month of July. All money raised during the campaign will underwrite Inspire's programs and services for children with special needs and challenges. To prepare for the monthlong campaign, Inspire is holding "Get Inspired" tours for any business interested in hosting an employee campaign. The tours will be held at 8:30 a.m. on June 17 and July 8 (the official kick-off of Cherish the Children), at 2 Fletcher Street in Goshen. A business can get involved by becoming a $1000 Cherished Patron, a $500 Cherished Sponsor, or a $250 Cherished Friend. In addition, employees, clients, or members can participate by making individual donations. Inspire will give all $25 donors a 2005 Orange County Cherish the Children Month tee shirt and a "Cherished Cherub" desk buddy. All $10 donors will receive a "Cherished Cherub" desk buddy as a thank you from Inspire. To attend a "Get Inspired" Tour or to get more information about the fundraiser, call 294- 7300 ext. 233.
