Jewelry-making workshop starts Jan. 30

warwick — The Warwick Valley Community Center offering a two-part basic jewelry-making workshop beginning Wednesday, Jan 30, from 7 to 9 p.m. This workshop will be taught by award-winning jewelry designer Cathe Linton, who has been featured in the Warwick Artists’ Studio Tour for the past two years. Her jewelry has been seen in leading fashion magazines such as Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar. Linton’s jewelry has also sold in Sax and Henri Bendel in New York City, Harrod’s in London and Galleries Lafayette in Paris. Participants will learn how make either a Swarovski crystal or pearl necklace and matching earrings with tools from around the house. The workshop’s cost is $40 plus materials.
