Irish dance and music extravaganza
SUGAR LOAF, N.Y. The ever popular, Rhythm of the Dance troop will return to the Lycian Centre just in time to kick off St. Patricks Day celebrations.
On Sunday, March 4, the National Dance Company of Ireland will take the stage in an energetic and moving show, culminating in a spectacular dance and music extravaganza.
This exhilarating performance contains a wealth of Irish talent. The show is an inspiring epic, reliving the journey of the Irish Celts throughout history. Using modern art forms of dance and music, this richly costumed show marries the contemporary and the ancient. Rhythm of the Dance has heralded a new era in Irish entertainment, internationally rated as one of the most popular and busiest Irish step dance shows in the world. The show features a wealth of talent derived from all areas of Irish life, including a live band, three tenors and over twenty dancers.
