The individual Gingerbread Contest award went to Hannelore Vogler for her creation, þÄúA German Christmas Box,þÄù placed at Etched in Time.

The winner of the family division was þÄúChristmas at 29 Oakland Avenue,þÄù by Chris DeHaan, a partner in the Middletown firm of DeGraw & DeHaan Architects, and his daughter Bridget, a senior at Warwick Valley High School.
Voting for the second annual Gingerbread House contest ended Dec. 21. And on Jan. 2, the winners of the family and individual categories were announced at an award presentation.
