Hospital auxiliary to host Chocolate Valentine Social on Feb. 12

Warwick —For Valentine’s Day, St. Anthony Community Hospital Auxiliary is extending an invitation to men and women in the community to enjoy chocolates, other refreshments and conversation at an afternoon get-together - on the house. This Chocolate Valentine Social will be held next Tuesday, Feb. 12, from noon to 2 p.m., at the Mount Alverno Center Greenbriar Room, 20 Grand St., Warwick. “We like to think of SACHA as the heartbeat of St. Anthony Community Hospital,” said Tom Brunelle, executive vice president and administrator of St. Anthony Community Hospital. “And since Valentine’s Day is next week and February happens to be the sweetheart month, we thought this would be a good time to introduce or reintroduce this organization to the community. And we also welcome our new residents.” Mount Alverno is just a short distance, less than a quarter mile, west of the hospital. There is ample parking available on the grounds of the facility.
