Holiday wreath workshop

Middletown —The Master Gardeners will host a Holiday Wreath Making Workshop from 7 to 9 p.m. on Dec. 7, at Cornell Cooperative Extension, in Middletown. The evening will highlight instructions for creating a unique wreath from scratch, using fresh balsam and natural materials. Get ideas about what materials can be found in the backyard garden for inspiration. Personalize a wreath with festive holiday trim. The Master Gardeners will supply the greens and accessories. Attendees will need to bring clippers, gloves, scissors and creativity. The cost of the program is $35 per person; Gardening in Orange County newsletter subscribers pay only $31.50.
