Historical Society hosts Wassail Party

On Sunday evening, Dec. 2, the Historical Society of the Town of Warwick hosted its annual Wassail Party at its historic Baird’s Tavern on Main Street. In the cozy candle lit atmosphere of the historic rooms, where General George Washington once had a grog or two, guests enjoyed music, appetizers and a favorite Wassail Party spiced alcoholic punch served by Bill and Debbie Iurato, owners of Peck’s Wines & Spirits.
