Warwick - The Historical Society of the Town of Warwick hosted its annual Harvest to Holly tour Nov. 17-18. On Saturday evening, volunteer tour guides, decked out in costumes and red capes, gave ticket holders a lantern-lit guided tour of the Society’s historic buildings. And on Sunday the Shingle House and the 1810 House were open to the public. That same day, the society also sponsored concerts, performed by the Jubilate Choir and the Union AME Gospel Choir at the Old School Baptist MeetingHouse. Between performances, ticket holders were invited to gather at the historic Baird’s Tavern for hot mulled cider and refreshments.
