Hill-Hold Museum enacts Civil War

The 15th New York Volunteer Cavalry will co-host a Civil War encampment at Hill-Hold Museum from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, June 10 and 11, with mounted cavalry, artillery, period medical tents, and more. There will be scripted activities each day, for the public to learn more about the life and hardships of one of America’s turbulent conflicts. Special youth and young-at-heart activities are planned as well. The museum is located on County Route 416 in Campbell Hall, between Goshen and Montgomery. For more information, call 457-4905.
