Helios changes its teaching location
WARWICK-Helios Arts and Environmental Institute has moved from its old location in Amity. It is now holding hatha yoga and deep relaxation classes for beginning through advanced students in Pine Island and Sussex, N.J. Ongoing classes are being offered from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. on Tuesdays at Villa Esperanza at 22 Lake Wallkill Road in Sussex, N.J., and from 10 a.m. to noon on Fridays at the Black Dirt Dance School at 198 Glenwood Road in Pine Island. Helios Arts and Environmental Institute is a non-profit organization in Warwick which conducts hatha yoga and art classes, and disseminates information about yoga, holistic health practices, and environmental conservation.
