Health care is focus of chamber breakfast

    GOSHEN — Solving the inequities in the nation’s health care system will be the focus of the Goshen Chamber of Commerce’s monthly breakfast meeting, which will be held at 7:45 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 16, at Delancy’s restaurant, 104 Clowes Ave., Goshen Plaza (near CVS). After a brief business report, a panel to include Art Reisel, Ed.D., John Carey, MD, Bette Popovich of the American Red Cross, and others will discuss a variety of health-related issues. According to Reisel, there are ways to solve the inequities, and the meeting will explore those solutions. The event is open to both chamber members and the public at large and includes a buffet breakfast. The cost is $12 for members, $15 for non-members. Payment may be made at the door, but reservations are requested no later than 5 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 14.
