Harvest Festival at Brick House

    Montgomery — Brick House Museum will be decorated with floral arrangements and harvest displays to celebrate the beauty and bounty of autumn during its Harvest Festival, to be held from noon to 4 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 19. Visitors will be given a guided tour of the period rooms in the Hill Family Homestead, which dates to 1768. “The fall harvest was a cause for celebration and held great importance to the early settlers of Orange County,” said Tamara Moson of the Friends of Hill Hold and Brick House Museums. Free refreshments, including hot-mulled cider and baked goods inspired by the season, will be served after the tour. Admission is $3 for adults and $2 for children, The tour is being hosted by the Orange County Department of Parks, Recreation and Conservation and the Friends of Hill Hold and Brick House Museums.
