Halloween party coming up

Chester — What are you going to be this Halloween? It’s time to start giving this question some serious thought, because Chester is throwing a big Halloween bash from 2 to 6 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 21. The community party is being added to Chester’s popular annual parade, now in its 17th year.
