Groups recognize ‘rising stars' Nov. 15

Central Valley —Winners of the first-ever Orange County Rising Star Awards will be presented at a ceremony at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 15, at the Inn at Central Valley. The program is hosted by the Orange County Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Orange and Junior League of Orange County.
