Greenwood Lake Family Carnival to offer rides, inflatables and games

    Greenwood Lake Lions Club is sponsoring, for the second year, A Greenwood Lake Family Carnival. It will be located on Chestnut St. in the Village of Greenwood Lake on July 12, 6 to 10 p.m., July 13, 5 to 11 p.m. and July 14, 1 to 6 p.m.

    CandN Amusements will provide the rides, inflatables and games, plus some carnival treats. Wristbands will be available for purchase each individual day. One wristband can be used for all day Friday, another for Saturday between 5 to 9 p.m. (between 9 to 11 tickets only), and another for all day Sunday. Cost of each wristband is $20.

    The Greenwood Lake Elks will provide food and beverages at the Elks Pavilion. Money raised during this event will allow the Greenwood Lake Lions to meet pressing needs in the Greenwood Lake community.

    The Greenwood Lake Lions Club has 24 members and meets on the first and third Wednesdays of the month. The club is a group of men and women who identify needs within the community and work together to fulfill those needs.
