Government center shows work by Warwick painter
Goshen Upon entering the main hall of the Orange County Government Center, two examples of Diane Kominick Ouzoonian’s work are beckoning. Take a walk up the stairs and see more of her work in the Executive Suite Gallery on the third floor. “Once again, the talent of our Orange County artists is shown in Diane Ouzoonian’s paintings,” said County Executive Edward A. Diana. Ouzoonian studied at the University of California in Santa Cruz, the New York Studio School and received her teaching credential at Montclair State University. She moved to Warwick in 1986. She can often be found setting up her easel and painting the local scenery. She has exhibited throughout the United States, showing at the Bowery Gallery in New York City and is currently enlivening the walls at the Backyard Grill & Café in Warwick. The exhibit is open to the public during business hours, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday to Friday, through Oct. 26. All are welcome.
