— This year the Warwick Valley Gardeners are donating a tree to Sugar Loaf to replace one that was lost in the storm last year.

Dr. Richard Hull has received donations to plant a second tree in memory of Hugh Marius, a longtime resident of Sugar Loaf.

The ceremony will start at 10 a.m. at Margolis Park (corner of Kings Highway and 13A, across from the Fire House)

Attending will be Supervisor Alex Jamieson, Chester Historian Clif Patrick, students from Montesorri Pre School, clients from Aspire School, members of the Bellvale Community, Warwick's Shade Tree Commissioner, the Sugar Loaf Chamber of Commerce, and some shop keepers, along with the Warwick Valley Gardeners.

The Gardeners say they are happy to support the Sugar Loaf community and to be planting two trees there on Arbor Day.
