    Chester - The Chester Public Library will host the workshop “Fresh and Dried Flower Arranging” led by Cathy Miller, from 10 to 11:30 am on Saturday, Dec. 10, in the Chester Senior Center on King’s Highway. Miller will offer demonstrations on creating a fresh fruit and flower centerpiece, a Holiday arrangement of fresh greens and flowers, and a complete large dried garden flower arrangement. Miller is a dried flower designer, lecturer and author of “Harvesting, Preserving and Arranging Dried Flowers.” A past president of the Wyckoff Garden Club, and recipient of many flower arranging awards, her home-grown dried flower creations have graced the White House from Carter through Bush (check out To reserve a seat, call 469-4252.
