Farmers' Museum to host Civil War reenactment and encampment

Montgomery The Orange County Farmers’ Museum and the “Orange Blossoms” will be hosting their 11th annual Civil War reenactment and encampment from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sept. 23 and 24. There will be hay rides, demonstrations on the camp life of the soldier, military drill, 1860 fashion show, as well as a mock battle both days. Battles usually start around 2 p.m. on Saturday and 3 p.m. on Sunday. All proceeds benefit the Farmers’ Museum. Admission is 4$ for adults, 2$ for kids. For more information, call 928-2452.
