‘Family Film Fest' at county park

    Montgomery — The county’s new “Family Film Fest” starts with a viewing of “Cheaper by the Dozen II” (PG-13) at on Sunday, July 23, at the Thomas Bull Memorial Park, Rte. 416, Montgomery. A few cartoons will shown along with the feature film on a giant outdoor movie screen. People are invited to bring their lawn chairs and blankets. Admission is free. Festivities will get underway at 7 p.m. with a variety of inflatable attractions for the kids. Refreshments will be available for purchase, with all proceeds to benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. The movie will start at dusk. Because of the Healthy Orange campaign initiated by the county health department, this will be a smoke-free event. The rain date is Monday, July 24. For more information, call 457-4910.
