Mid-Hudson St. Patrick’s Parade is this Sunday in Goshen Goshen The 34th annual Mid-Hudson St. Patrick’s Parade will step off at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 14, from the Scotchtown Avenue exit of the Orange County Government Center in Goshen. Line-up is at 1 p.m. (See sidebar for the line of march). New York State Assemblywoman Annie Rabbitt will be grand marshal this year. Anne (Annie) G. Meeney was born in Brooklyn and married her lifelong friend Robert Rabbit in 1983. They made their home in Greenwood Lake, where they raised their two children, Erin and Robert. The parade committee says Rabbitt has always been a strong supporter of her Irish heritage and her community and is “well deserving of this great honor.” Aides to the grand marshal are selected by the member organizations of the Mid-Hudson St. Patrick’s Parade. Grand Marshal’s Breakfast at 10:30 a.m. to honor Annie Rabbitt at Kuhl’s Highland House, 512 Highland Ave., Middletown. Tickets are $20. Float The parade begins at the Orange County Government Center, enter onto Scotchtown Ave. makes a left onto Murray Ave. and then a right onto Erie Street to Lincoln Avenue. A left onto North Church and another left onto Main Street goes straight and then left onto Erie Street then a right back into the Orange County Government Center parking lot.
