Drama club invites seniors to dinner theater performance of “The Mystery Of Edwin Drood” on March 16

    Warwick - The Warwick Valley High School Drama Club’s special dinner theater performance of the hit Broadway musical, “The Mystery of Edwin Drood,” will be held Thursday, March 16, at 3:30 p.m., with dinner to follow for senior citizens living within the school district. The musical, which is based on the unfinished novel by Charles Dickens, brings the audience back to London in 1892 for the murder of Edwin Drood. At each performance the audience will decide who the murderer and detective are, giving each show a distinctly different ending. In addition to the March 16 Senior Citizens’ show, “Drood” will be performed on Friday, March 17, at 8 p.m., and on Saturday, March 18, at 1 p.m. and 8 p.m. Tickets are $8 general admission, $7 senior citizens and children under 10.
