Diwali offers festival of lights

Akshani Patel, 7, and Jaya Khanna, 11,above, both students in Monroe-Woodbury schools, performed classical Indian dance for an audience of 200 people at the annual India Association of the Catskill Region Diwali Festival of Lights program.Below, In the audience were several local dignitaries, including U.S. Rep.
