‘Discover Victorian Goshen'at holiday festival

    GOSHEN — The Goshen Chamber of Commerce is partnering with downtown businesses for its 11th annual holiday festival, “Discover Victorian Goshen,” to be held from noon to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 2. The events of the day will include open houses, food tastings, live music, storytelling, and caroling, among other activities. Kicking things off will be a noon ribbon cutting at Bare Fitness, a new gym located at 31 St. John St. Bare Fitness will offer special treats, tours, and discounts. Free refreshments and Polaroid photos taken with Santa will be offered at the monument in Harriman Square starting at 3 p.m. Holiday lighting ceremonies will take place there at 4 p.m. Carolers of all ages are welcome to participate as a group or as individuals to stroll throughout the village. Singers do not need to pre-register and are encouraged to dress warmly. The festivities take place, rain, shine, or snow.
