Chef Erik Johansen (pictured here) of the Iron Forge Inn will be one of three Warwick professionals to speak Tuesday, March 13, at the Albert Wisner Public Library about their careers in the culinary arts. Annette Sanchez, of Jean-Claude’s Patisserie and Dessert Café, and Jason Grizzanti, of the Warwick Valley Winery, also will share their experiences and advice to teens considering the culinary arts as a possible career direction, to adults considering a career shift, and to other interested “foodies.” The program is at 7 p.m. and is open to teens and adults alike.
