County School of Dance hosts two performances on June 14

Central Valley - Orange County School of Dance and Little Feet Dance Company will present two different dance performances entitled “Reflections Through the Years” on Sunday, June 14, at the Monroe-Woodbury High School. The concerts will showcase favorite choreography over the past 17 years as well as premiere works including several humorous ones with special “surprise” guests. Ryan Bracconeri, a 20-year old Empire State Games hockey player back by popular demand, will return this year to appear in the comic “Mannequins” with Little Feet members Amanda Bochenski, Chelsea Cozart, Marissa Massimore, and JoAna Morales. Ryan provides a positive role model for aspiring male dancers and shows that dance can be truly an athletic experience. Faculty member Lisa LaBella, who has performed opera in Italy and throughout the U.S., will sing an excerpt from the opera “Carmen” as Little Feet dancers perform on pointe (Amanda Bochenski, Marissa Massimore and Lindsey Pugh). Performances are at noon and 2:30 p.m. Tickets are $12 and are available at the door. Children under three are free. For more information, call 782-2482 or visit www.ocschoolofdance.com.
