‘Consider the Conversation’

NEWBURGH — The award-winning film about end of life decisions, “Consider the Conversation, a documentary on a taboo subject,” will have its Hudson Valley debut on Monday, Nov. 18, at The Downing Film Center in Newburgh.

There will be showings at 5:30 and 7:30 p.m., with a panel to follow. The screening is free and open to the public.

November is Hospice and Palliative Care Awareness Month and this one-hour film, produced by Michale Bernhagen and Terry Kaldhusdal, is a theatrical presentation to help start a community conversation about important end of life decisions and issues.

The event is sponsored by Hospice of Orange & Sullivan Counties and the Downing Film Center. The center is located at 19 Front St. in the City of Newburgh.
