Concert this Sunday to benefit HV Jazz Fest

WARWICK — A concert featuring many of the jazz artists who have performed in The Hudson Valley Jazz Festival these past eight years will perform at a fundraiser at 3 p.m. this Sunday, May 6, at the Warwick Center for Performing Arts, 63 Wheeler Ave., Warwick.
This show will help fund this year's series scheduled for Aug 9 - 12. Some of the proceeds will be forwarded to The Jazz Foundation of America.
From performance opportunities to emergency living expenses to medical care to housing, the Jazz Foundation offers a variety of programs and assistance for jazz and blues musicians in need.
Expected musicians include Joe & Gabriele Tranchina, Robert Kopec, Bob Rosen, Dave Smith, Lydia Pidlusky,
Special performance by many of our local jazz artists to help raise money for this year's festival. A portion of that to be forwarded to The Jazz Foundation of America. $20 suggested donation.
