Church to hold art auction

Monroe —St Paul Lutheran Church in Monroe will hold an art auction on Sept. 24 at Mansion Ridge Golf Club to help raise awareness of domestic violence and abuse. All proceeds will benefit Safe Homes of Orange County. A preview is scheduled for 6 p.m. The auction begins at 7 p.m. Advance tickets are $15 per person, $25 per couple, and include fruit, cheese, desserts, and beverages. A cash-bar will be available.
