Christian school to sponsor benefit auction

Goshen — The Goshen Christian School will sponsor a benefit auction on Friday March 31, in the school gymnasium at 43 Route 17A in Goshen. A silent auction will begin at 6 p.m., followed by a live auction at 7 p.m. Items to be auctioned off include furniture, donations from local businesses, handcrafted items, a cruise on Greenwood Lake, wall clock, afghans, and mirrors. Advertising space is still available in the catalog. Refreshments and a light dinner will be offered for purchase. All proceeds will be used to further Christian education at the school, which has been educating children from Orange County for 58 years. Funding comes from tuition, gifts from the community, and fund raising events such as this auction.
