Florida Public Library’s used book sale set for Saturday Florida - The Friends of the Florida Public Library will sponsor its annual Seward Day Used Book Sale at the Seward Senior Center next to the Library in Florida on May 19 and 20. A preview night has been scheduled for Friday, May 19, from 6 to 8 p.m. Current members of the Friends are invited for the best selection of books before the sale is opened to the public. Memberships valid through September 2007 may be purchased at the door for $10. The general sale will be on Saturday, May 20, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Hardcovers are $1, paperbacks and children’s books are 50 cents and videos are $2.
