Chamber Music celebrates its 9th season

Vernon, N.J. Experience the power and excitement of live chamber music when world-class musicians give residents the caliber of music usually found only in major cities. The concert will take place on Sunday afternoon, Nov. 4, at 4 p.m., in St. Francis de Sales Church, Route 517, in Vernon. Listen to artists David Kim and Lisa-Beth Lambert perform on violin, Rachel Wu on viola, Richard Harlow on cello and Elizabeth Hainen on harp. The program features Camille Saint-Saens: Fantasie Op. 124 for Violin and Harp (David Kim, Elizabeth Hainen); Gabriel Pierne: Impromptu-Caprice for Harp (Elizabeth Hainen); Fritz Kreisler: Recitativo and Scherzo Op. 6 for Unaccompanied Violin (David Kim); Arnold Bax: Quintet for Strings and Harp (David Kim, Lisa-Beth Lambert, Rachel Ku, Richard Harlow, Elizabeth Hainen); and Franz Schubert: “Death and the Maiden” Quartet (David Kim, Lisa-Beth Lambert, Rachel Ku, Richard Harlow).
