WARWICK The Warwick Valley Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring an educational breakfast, titled “How to Market your Small Business Without Spending a Fortune,” from 8 to 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 9, at Mt. Alverno at 20 Grand St. in Warwick. Rosann Hart, president of The Hart Agency, will be speaking. Bagels and coffee will be provided. Suggested donation for members is $8, and $10 for not-yet members.
