Cellist performs on WQXR

Recent Monroe-Woodbury graduate Madeline Huberth performed the first movement of Dvorak’s Cello Concerto with Manhattan School of Music Pre-College Philharmonic Wednesday evening as part of the The McGraw-Hill Young Artists’ Showcase on WQXR 96.3 FM. Huberth has enrolled in the School of Music at the University of Michigan in a dual degree program in the University’s Literature, Science and the Arts Honors Program where she plans to also get a degree in physics.
