    Local attractions offer specials this Sunday Goshen — Orange County Day is Sunday, June 10 this year, a time for special offers from museums, boat cruises, wineries, and other popular attractions. Participants can double their fun by entering the contests sponsored by Orange County Tourism. • Farmers Market Recipe Contest Submit your best vegetable recipe made from produce bought at your favorite local farmers’ market. Not only does buying local help sustain farms, the fresh vegetables are a tasty addition to your table, not to mention a nutritious one. A list of farm markets and community markets can be found at www.orangetourism.org. Prizes will go to top winners based on originality and flavor of the dish. Forms are available from Orange County Tourism, at 291-2136. One entry per person. All entries must be received by July 15. • Orange County Slogan Contest Describe Orange County in 10 words or less, slogan-style, and you could win a prize for capturing the spirit of our beautiful area. Send your entry with your name and phone number to: tourism@co.orange.ny.us, or mail to Orange County Tourism, 124 Main St., Goshen, NY 10924. All entries must be received by July 15. Prizes are sponsored by Woodbury Common Premium Outlets, Iron Forge Inn Restaurant, Brotherhood Winery, Gillinder Glass Factory, and the Harness Racing Museum and Hall of Fame.
