Throw together top hats, tutus, rain booties and animals — what do you get? Nope, not Halloween or a circus. But close. It may sound a bit ridiculous, but yes, January 14 celebrates National Dress Up Your Pet Day.

The day — founded in 2009 by Celebrity Pet Lifestyle Expert and Animal Behaviorist, Colleen Paige — offers pet parents a chance to show off Fido, Frisky and Petey's great looks and personality.
