Castle fundraiser for Erin Ortiz memorial scholarship

Chester — A fundraiser for the Erin Ortiz Memorial Scholarship Fund from 6 to 9 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 6, at the Castle Fun Center on Route 17M in Chester. The $20 admission cost includes two hours of roller skating (skates included), Dungeon Lazer Tag, mechanical rock wall, stationary rock wall, Slick Go Karts (for ages 14 years and older), road course go karts (for kids 54 inches or higher), and mini go karts (for ages five years and older). Tickets will be available through Rosemary Pereira at 294-9790, personnel at Goshen High School and C.J. Hooker Middle School (check with the main office). Jester’s Restaurant and Pub and the Snack Shack will be open for service at the Castle. The arcade will be available at additional cost. For each $20 admission, $7 will go to the scholarship fund and $3 to the Ortiz family. The fund is a component of the Community Foundation of Orange and Sullivan.
