Cornwall — The Hudson Highlands Nature Museum will offer a birdbath building workshop on Saturday, July 16 at 10 a.m. at the museum’s Outdoor Discovery Center. Water sources are very important to birds, especially during these hot summer months. Participants will join Environmental Educator Pam Golben to learn how to identify some common backyard birds, and then gather for a hands-on lesson on how to construct simple birdbaths that will attract feathered friends to the yard. This program is recommended for adults with or without children, and children ages 5 and older. Admission: $5 per person. Museum members: $3. For more information or registration call 534-5506, ext. 204 or visit www.hhnaturemuseum.org.
