Bank displays photography exhibit

MONROE-"Photographic Vision," an exhibit from the Hudson Highlands Photo Workshop, will be displayed at the Monroe branch of Provident Bank during banking hours, from Saturday, Oct. 15, through Saturday, Nov. 19. The active group of amateur, semi-professional, and professional photographers hold workshops, photo shoots and exhibits throughout the region. The differing styles of each members will provide a broad spectrum of subjects, moods, and colors, in photos taken from around the corner and around the world. The exhibit will highlight the work of Sandra Atkin, a life-long resident of the Hudson Valley. Using a Canon EOS 20D digital camera, her emphasis is on outdoor photography, such as landscapes, bridges, animals, insects and flowers. Provident Bank is located at 591 Route 17M in Monroe.
